Our project at Sundarpada , Jamukholi chakka Padhansahi. We have put a lot of effort in it to make it stand out among the rest on budget that would appeal the masses. The Project "Excellent Paradise" is has been conceptualized with modern outlook and has being priced economically. As the demand for affordable housing soars day by day , the idea of building an ideal economical project began to take place .We started a survey to ensure that people's interest should be taken into account as it is the important and perhaps most capital intensive decision of their life's. So we zero in on Sundarpada as the site was 13 kms from Master Canteen, 11 kms from airport and 8 kms from pokhriput DAV school. The site we have chosen has 3 engineering colleges in proximity like Oec , Aryan, Indus and XIMB is building a 60 acres campus just 1 km ahead of our
Project. The site we have chosen has a running government school close to our boundary and has a flourishing market place and of course is free from any canals (no water logging issues) and is at par road level.
