The Project "Excellent Platinum Paradise" is has been conceptualized with modern outlook and has being priced economically. As the demand for affordable housing soars day by day, the idea of building an ideal economical project began to take place. We started a survey to ensure that people's interest should be taken into account as it is the important and perhaps most capital intensive decision of their life's. And yes, people showed a lot of interest and did come up with lot of permutations and combinations. The single most important factor that came up during the survey was "location".

The Project is being carved into three phases, we call Platinum Paradise Royal (gate 1), Platinum Paradise Ultra (gate 2),Platinum Paradise Heritage (Gate 3). These three segments offer different choice of living which i shall elaborate in the following paragraphs.
Platinum Paradise Royal (Gate 1) is being built for people who embrace a lot of open space and are greenery loving sapiens. Though the site lies is between a huge belt of tress, but we have put effort to provide parks between Main Gate and the apartment blocks. Each block like Block B1 has 8 floors has option of 3BHK, 2BHK and 1BHK all on the same floor and this arrangement has helped us provide a lot of open space.
