Transfer: These plots are not transferred immediately but take maximum 2 to 3 years of time in transfer. Most of the plot owners (Farmers) have received only allotment letter from YEIDA against their land. Most of the plots and sectors dont have maps as per today. Once the maps will be released, the development of the plots will start. After development of plots, the registry will be done. The plots can be transferred only after registry of the plot.
