Vibez Estate is an Agro Company working on plantation lands. We are based out of Bangalore since 14 years. Basically we are into strategy management & been catering the HNI segments of the financial institutions like SCB, Barclays, HDFC & Deutsche bank. Vibez estates are a venture of vibez club. Vibez estates are into promotions of plantation land which includes pomegranate plantation. The company stands strong sourcing right land with clear tittle, approach, soil fertility, support services, manpower, approvals and other basic requirements suitable for pomegranate plantation. We have successfully completed two project one in Pavagada and one more in Chikkaballapur. Presently our on going project is in Chikkaballapur , We are promoting 40 acres of land which is bifurcated into 1 acres and 2 acres. 1 acres plot will cost you Rs.30 lacs

We use mixture all modern Israeli technologies available for pomegranate cultivation. We use drip and fertilization technology from Israel. We have also tied up with agronomists who assist us in the maintenance of the plantation. After sales we take care of the maintenance of the plantation crop till the produce. The harvested fruit is exported and & the revenue is shared among the members. The company already maintains over 500+ acres of plantation land & extending it every year.

The customer will be the registered owner of the property. By taking necessary permission from the government through section 80 of land reform act the property will be registered in the customer name which would take 3 month to complete the whole process. After registration we would be signing up the maintenance agreement between the member & Vibez Estates. The agreement will be for 5 years & can be renewed or cancelled with 1 month prior intimation by the member. The maintenance cost will be around 40 thousand rupees per annum, per acre. In the maintenance agreement we also assure the minimum revenue of 1 lacs per acre
