Jal Vayu Towers Mohali Apartment Owners Association is an association of apartment owners of a housing complex created by Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB). Besides looking after the interest of apartment owners, it also functions as a Residents welfare society.

A total of 1292 apartments are located in 26 towers numbered from "A" to "Z" in a 13 story configuration. There are two swimming pools, two community centers besides basement, podium and ample open parking.

Every unit owner has to register and be a permanent member of the Association. A one time membership fee of Rs 500/- is payable. A tenant is accorded status of an Associate member. He however has no voting rights.

The Association charges from its members (Unit Owners) a sum of Rs. 1,500 per month as maintenance charges to ensure the following:

Conservancy services and Cleanliness in the complex
Maintenance of common area and facilities
