ZED Townsend

Building alternate requires attention. We gave ourselves the opportunity at Townsend to define elements beyond the conventional. We built to appeal to the finer sense. We saw many ideas needed refining, rework. We exercised patience as architects and sought residents to reach accommodation with nature.

The pictures here demonstrate the abundant use of common sense and integration of design and service elements with engineering skills that brought poise and dramatic effect. This is a campus created in 2001-’02, over an expanse of 13 acres.

When you visit TOWNSEND, all you have to do is to look around at the rash of other ‘layouts’, for you to see the conscious effort at bringing harmony and calm that makes this ZED Campus far beyond the ordinary.
