Sushma Hartland

Sushma Hartland Zirakpur is an upcoming project by Sushma Group and is set to become one of the most prominent residential, commercial, and industrial townships near Chandigarh-Delhi National Highway & PR 7 Airport Road Zirakpur. Spread across more than 250 acres, Sushma Hartland will feature plotted development and a mix of plots, independent floors, group housing, and Green Industrial Plots. The Government of Punjab has granted a Change of Land Use (CLU) for 150 acres of land for this project, which is currently in the design and approval stage, with properties not yet available.

The project will offer premium Residential Plots ranging from 200 to 250 square yards, along with Green Industrial Plots in sizes of 500 and 1000 square yards, ideal for Multi-Specialty Hospitals, IT Companies, Schools, etc. Final plot sizes will be confirmed post government approvals.
