STRUCTURE

CONSTRUCTION LINKED PAYMENT PLAN

• On Application for Booking - 10% of the BSP
• On execution of Agreement & Allotment - 10% of the BSP
• On completion of Foundation (Allotted Block) - 15% of the BSP + PLC
• On completion of Stilt floor Roof Slab (Allotted Block) - 10% of the BSP + Club Membership
• On completion of First floor Roof Slab (Allotted Block) - 10% of the BSP
• On completion of Second floor Roof Slab (Allotted Block) - 10% of the BSP + Car Parking
• On completion of Fourth floor Roof Slab (Allotted Block) - 10% of the BSP + EC
• Towards completion of Brick work and plastering (Allotted Block) - 10% of the BSP + MSC
• Towards completion of Flooring (Allotted Flat) - 10% of the BSP
• Upon completion and Before registration - 05% of the BSP

• Registration and other charges levied by the Govt. body shall be borne by the buyer at applicable rate from time to time.

• Transfer of ownership charges is 100/- per Sq.Ft.
• Cancellation charges will be 10% of the unit value paid.
• Corner Flats shall cost100/- per Sq.Ft. extra.
• Open Car Parking Charges will be 50,000/- per bay.
