The Vertical Vistas is yet another milestone in the making. It has 36 units each of 1845 Sq. Ft. super built up area. We firmly believe that mindless usage Mother Nature’s resources by humanity has wrecked havoc and we need to wake up to the fact that it is actually payback time.“GREEN LIVING” is the core theme at SUREEL-3. The project is registered with the Indian Green Building Council and is in the process of Gold Rated Certification.The highlight of the Building design is the horizontal fins that allow requirement based intake of sunlight and air and there by decrease energy consumption. The project also comprises of other nature conserving features like rain water harvesting, grey water recycling, water meters for each unit and use of recycled and recyclable construction materials. It also has a unique oxygen zone known as The SKY LOUNGE. This activity hub on terrace level consists of a gymnasium, library, walking track, sit- outs and a karaoke lounge.
