• Foundation : RCC frame structure as per drawing and design.
• Doors & Windows : Wooden frame - Door shutter 30mm thick flush door of standard ISI make. Main door of teakwood panel design with wooden frame and brass fitting, fully glazed window with aluminum frame. All shutters both side veneer design. All door fittings of Brass or equivalent design.
• Kitchen : Complete modular kitchen as per interior design.
