After being graduated from Ravenshaw Collage, he got his M Sc. in Physics from Utkal University. In addition to this, he got P.G.Diploma in computer application and a law degree too.\r\nAfter getting enormous experience from the market by doing job in the abroad, he stepped into educational sector for software development through Aptech Franchise Centres at various places in Orissa and simultaneously operating mineral based plant in mines sector at Joda.\r\nViewing the infrastructure development at current time he got involved into the construction business since last 10-years. His commitment, efficiency and quality factor make his organisation into one of the leading construction firm in present time. The most important factor which is reflecting in every department is the commitment towards the environment. After completing M.Sc. & MCA he started her career with ET & T. Then she came to Odisha as a faculty of Orissa Engineering College. There after she joined with Mr.Manas Kumar Jena and started her career with business.
