STRUCTURE

• With R C C Framed structure with 8”external walls and 4” internal partition walls made of Clay bricks/ Fly ash bricks/Solid block masonry walls

FLOORING

• 2'X2' Plain and light colour vitrified tile flooring for all rooms.
• 12"X12" Plain & light colour Ceramic tile flooring for Balcony's.

FINISHES

• Inner walls - Birla wall care putty with Interior emulsion of half - white colour, Asian or equivalent make.
• Main door - Melamine matt natural teak finish
• Exterior walls - Exterior emulsion of Asian or equivalent make.
• Inner doors & grills - Enamel paint

DOORS

• Inner door - hard wood frame, water proof flush door-30mm thick (ISI) with Dorset cylindrical SS lock/ equivalent lock, tower blot and door stopper.
• Main door - Teak Solid wood frame and teak finish skin door with Dorset/equivalent lock, Door eye, door chain, SS tower bolt and a door stopper.

WINDOWS

• NCL Seccolor/UPVC open able windows with MS grill.

KITCHEN AND SERVICE

• Single bowl stainless sink and drain board.
• 5 Ft height glazed wall tile in Service.
• Glazed wall tile up to 2 Ft height over the platform.
• 2 ft wide cooking platform with 20mm thick pre-polished Granite.
