Foundation

Superstructure

Wood work
- Teakwood frame and both sides teak paneled doors for main doors melamine finish and first quality padaka wooden frames with flush doors with all hardware fittings for other rooms. Godrej brass ultra locks for main doors.

Painting

Required light fans, plug points as per specification Living and Dining room - 3 light points, 2 fan points with hooks 3 plug points. Flooring
