- External wall with 6" thick solid blocks
- Internal walls will be 4" thick solid blocks with concrete band at different levels.

Main doors: Teak wood frame with threshold and skin paneled shutters finished with melamine polished and brass / chrome hardware fittings.

- Sal wood frame with skin paneled shutters for bedrooms, balconies & water proof shutter for toilets. Powder coated hardware fixtures for all doors.

Windows
- Three track aluminum powder coated window frames with mosquito mesh & sliding doors with pinhead glass and grills.
- Aluminum powder coated ventilators with pinhead glass in toilets.

24" X 24" vitrified tiles (Brand: Somany / Rak / equivalent) flooring for full flat.

- Continental coloured Hindustan / Parry ware / Cera / equivalent make, floor mounted sanitary ware with health faucet.
- 7' height glazed ceramic tile dado. Jaguar or ESS Ess, equivalent makes C P fittings, provision for geyser, and exhaust fan in the toilets.
