Premier Royale evolved with the objective of ‘creating a place so as to create a building that evokes a sense of being ‘somewhere very special as opposed to being merely anywhere. We did this by connecting the project to its location and bringing forward a unique experience that invites involvements by taking into account site, local history, materials, and climate as our first priorities. Out of this context and our client’s particular needs and desires each project develops its own identity and character.
