'Postcard Portico' is located at a quite location at Guirim (along Porvorim - Mapusa road). Guirim is just 20 mintues drive across to the famous beach belt Candolim, Calangute and Baga. It's also well connected to two main towns - Mapusa and Panjim (Capital city). 'Postcard Portico' is a project that would give you the best of both worlds.

The project consists of a stilt plus 3 floors. Each floor would consist of 4 apartments. The project would have ample parking space in the stilt area and a landscaped garden. There would be a 24 hour security and housekeeping service on-call. The building will have a generator back-up for the common areas.
