One Express City is located in Gurgaon's Sector 88B, adjoining the Dwarka Expressway Commercial Belt. This residential community is spread over 18 acres within Vatika Express City. The project comprises 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, each with an attached utility/ servant's room. All the apartments have central air conditioning through VRV / VRF units.
