Structure :

• Earthquake Resistant, RCC framed structure

Flooring :

• Good quality vetrified tiles (600X600) in all areas except kitchen and toilet.
• Good quality anti-skid floor ceramic tiles (400X400/300X300) in kitchen and bathrooms.
• Good quality kotah stone/marble/grade V ceramic tiles in common circulation areas.

Internal Wall/Ceiling Finish :

• 1:6 cement plaster 12mm thick in wall and 1:4 cement plaster 6mm thick in ceiling.
• Smooth coating of plaster of paris over plaster surface followed by a coat of primer only.
• Good quality glazed ceramic wall tiles in toilets upto height of 7’ ft from f.f.
• Good quality glazed ceramic wall tiles in kitchen upto 2’ ft height from cooking platform.

External Wall Finish :

• 19mm thick 1:6 cm plaster followed by two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint as per the design.

Doors :

• Wooden framed 32mm thick good quality flush door painted both side all complete with standard fittings and fixtures.

• Fully glazed powder coated sliding aluminium windows with M.S. grill all complete.

Sanitary Fittings :

• Good quality of standard makes C.P. fittings in toilet and kitchen.
