Structure :
- All walls shall be of world class quality concrete Blocks. RCC columns and beams provided as per the structural design requirements.

Interiors:
- Internal walls shall be plastered and painted with Asian make oil bound distemper in roller finish. One wall will be highlighted with the latest Nerolac & Asian make rustic & duete range to make the rooms more attractive.

Ceilings :
- Painted with Asian Make O.B.D.

Flooring :
- Vitrified tiles Living and Dining in all bedrooms

Doors:
- High quality Masonite doors
External Windows & Glazing :
- Three track Aluminium windows & doors with one track of mosquito mash

Toilets:
- Good quality highlighter tiles in pleasing shades up to 7’ height & anti-skid tiles in floor. CP fitting of CERA ? PARRYWARE make.

Kitchen:
- Having vitrified tiles and granite working slab with 2’ high highlighter tiles fitted with stainless steel sink.

Exterior:
- The exterior shall be finished with external coating of Asian / CI make weather shield

Electricals:
- Concealed wiring in ISI mark conduits wall be provided. Multi strand copper wiring of ISI mark shall be used. TV & Telephone points in all bedrooms and Living area with modular switches.

Balconies:
- High quality anti-skid ceramic tiles with M.S. railing.

Staircase:
- Granites flooring along with MS railing & OBD on walls.

Water Supply:
- CPVC Pipes & GI Fitting shall be provided for water supply. All PVC, C.I. fittings to be used or ISI mark.
