International Tech Park

Kharadi, Pune

Located in Pune’s prime eastern corridor, International Tech Park Pune, Kharadi is a 2.7 million sq ft IT park comprising three office blocks that provide companies with warm shell and fully fitted office spaces for immediate occupancy.

The IT park’s sustainable features include an urban farm, rooftop solar panels to generate renewable energy, LED and motion sensor lighting and double-glazed facades for energy efficiency, water-saving fittings, rainwater recycling and organic waste converters.

The park is being developed under CapitaLand’s private fund, Ascendas India Growth Programme, of which Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC is a principal investor.

ITPP-Kharadi is situated within the well-established IT corridor in Kharadi and easily accessible to Nagar Road, Koregaon Park and Viman Nagar suburbs. It is also located in proximity to Pune International Airport and Central Business District.

It is being developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consists of Block 1 & Block 3, and has a built-up area of 1.5 million sq ft (non-SEZ) which is operational. Block 3 has an incubation space of 500 seats, ready for immediate operations. Phase 2 consists of Block 2 and has a built-up area of 1.2 million sq ft (SEZ/non-SEZ) and is expected to be ready for operations by Q4 2023.
