Other Doors: High Quality Imported MDF melamine moulded doors water proof ready made shutters with high quality door fittings
Windows: Openable UPVC Window with plain toughened glass shutter with MS Grill
Plumbing and Sanitary Works:
Sanitary fittings and closets: All Sanitary fittings closets and wash basin will be provided with parryware
CP Fittings: Jaquar or parryware or Equivalent CP fittings will be provided at all areas
Piping Works: CPVC Pipes for water supply and high quality PVC drain pipe
Common: Each block individual UG Sump, Over Head tank, Septic tank and Bore well

Electrical Works:
Wiring: Concealed good quality multi strand copper wiring using brands like Anchor or Finolex or equivalent make.
Switches: High end Modular switches will be provided. 1 Main distribution box for each flat fitted with inverter provision and 1 MCB for each room provided in the distribution box.
