RCC Frame Structure
- External Walls of 200 mm thick with 1st class Kiln burnt bricks with cement sand mortar 1.5
- Internal partition walls shall be of 125mm and 75mm thick with 1st class Kiln burnt bricks and cement sand mortar 1.4 with chicken wire mesh at every third layer
- Internal wall shall be finished with plaster of Paris over cement sand plastered surface
- External walls shall be finished with weather resistant paint over cement sand plaster
- Car parking space shall be finished with Chekn tiles.
- Internal floors shall be finished with vitrified tiles with green Granite working Platform in kitchen and white glazed tiles in kitchen and toilets wall up to door height
- Windows shall be Aluminum sliding with glazed panels protected by M.S. Grills.
- All Electrical lines shall be with copper wires of leading brand of proper gauge.
- All electrical fittings and fixtures shall be of the leading brands in the market.
- Sanitary and plumbing lines shall be done with HDPE concealed internal pipes (other than hot lines), porcelain fittings shall be of white "Hiucl-ware" and leading Brand. Cocks shall C P of leading brand.
- Proper roof treatment shall be done over the roofs to avoid stagnation of water and seepage
- Lifts of leading Brand shall be provided.
- Door frames shall be of "Sal" Timber except synthetic doors for the toilets.
- All doors panel shall be Moulded doors
