Paints

• All walls except the service area, balconies and toilets will be coated with two coats of putty and finished with emulsion paint
• All external walls will be finished with weather shield paint or equivalent
• All other doors &grills will refinished with enamel paint

Kitchen

• 2′X2′Vitrified tiles
• L shape Granite platform with single bowl stainless steel sinkwith drain board
• Two Electrical points and one water line (on the platform)
• Designer glazed Ceramic wall tiles
• Hard wood frames with flush type shutters

Wall Tilling

• The toilets will showcase anti-skid superior quality ceramic tiles and designer glazed ceramic tiles for toilet dado
• Kitchen walls will feature designer glazed ceramic tiles of premium brand
• The service area will showcase anti-skid superior ceramic tiles (12 X8) for up to 3 feet height

Flooring

• The flooring in living, dining, master bedroom and kitchen will be of 2 X2 vitrified tiles
• Balconies, toilet & wash area will feature anti-skid superior quality ceramic tiles

Door and Windows

• The main door frame will be made of teak wood frame with paneled skin door shutter
• The bedroom doors will be made of hard wood frame with flush shutters
• The toilet doors will be made of hard wood frame with flush shutter. One side of the door will have PVC lamination for suitable height
• The French door will be made of country wood frame with glass shutter
• The Windows will be of aluminum frames with glass shutters
• All Windows will be with M. S. Grill

Bathroom Fitting

• All toilets will be provided with floor mounted European water closet from Parryware and equivalent
• All taps and bathroom accessories will be Jaguar and Metro and equivalent

Electrical Fitting

• Electrical wiring will be concealed and will comprise of brands like Finolex and equivalent
• Switches & Sockets will be from Anchor Roma and Legrand and equivalent
• The premises will have 6 passenger elevators from Johnson and Otis and Ikone
