WALLS:
- External 8" thick conventional 
- Internal 5" and 3" thick conventional work

WALL FINISH:
- All internal and external finish with cement plaster 
- Interior, wall putty, external surface will be finished by acrylic emulsion paint (exterior quality)

FLOORING:
- IPS flooring at four wheeler space 
- Crazy floor finished and stair finish with white marble 
- All internal floor of flats finish with marble 
- Kitchen and toilets floor will be finished by white marble

WINDOWS:
- Toilets and WC, MS louver windows 
- And other aluminium sliding windows

DOORS:
- Doors frame will be sal variety
- Shutter will be solid core or laminated type 
- PVC frame with shutter at toilets and WC

KITCHEN:
- Black granite top for kitchen table 
- One steel sink for every kitchen 
- 3' height glazed tiles above cooking platform

ELECTRICAL WORK:
- All copper concealed wiring up to points

COMMON LIGHT:
- Stair, passage, street lighting inside the complex

ROOF:
- IPS over grade concrete for roof treatment on RCC roof

TOILET:
- White coloured sanitary ware with EWC including PVC flushing cisterns in both toilets 
- One wash basin for each unit 
- Glazed wall tiles up to 6' height for toilets and up to 5' height in WC
- Concealed geyser line with wall mixture (3 in 1) will be provided main toilet only
