The Bellevue is spread across 50 acres of land area nestled between the lap of Sahyadri mountain ranges. It is just 100kms away from Mumbai and merely 90 kms from Pune. It takes about 40 mins to reach the site from Khalapur Toll plaza.

It overlooks scenic hills of Sahyadri with very famous picnic points like Dukes nose, Lion point, Tiger point etc. The biodiversity is so vivid in the region that a nature lover would definitely want to spend long hours there. This calls for a fantastic project design which would respond to such demands of urban customers to unwind themselves
