Over the past 3 decades we have been fortunate to have had an inimitable track record of creating wealth in the real-estate sector. We had a humble beginning in 1989 when we started of selling plots in layouts across Chennai. We continued this legacy of creating wealth and moved into affordable housing 2 decades later.
