- > Load Bearing Structure with Shallow Function, All Structural Works Confirming to the General Practices as per the Indian Standards

WALLS
- > Building shall be the load bearing structure with block wall foundation of 6" and 4" for the inner partition walls

JOINERIES
- > Entrance Main door will be provided with seasoned country wood door frames and skimmed flush doors with required fittings and locks
- > All internal doors will be provide with seasoned country wood frames with flush doors
- > All toilet and balcony doors will be provided with seasoned country wood frames with water proof flush doors 
- > Aluminium frames with shutters for windows/ventilators. 

FLOORING
- > (2'x2') Vitrified Tile flooring in living, dinning, bedrooms and (1'x1') ceramic flooring for kitchen, utility, balconies

KITCHEN
- > Polished Granite Platform with Stainless Steel sink, Ceramic Tiles Dadoing in Kitchen up to 2'ht

TOILETS
- > Ceramic Tiles Flooring and Dadoing (7'ht) with good Quality Sanitary Fittings in toilets.

FINISHING
- > Internal Walls Plastered in cement mortar, finished with interior emulsion paint, Exterior emulsion paint 

DOORS AND WINDOWS
- > Main door and other doors with painted finish with Enamel Paint for grills.

PLUMBING AND SANITARY
- > Concealed plumbing lines will be provided as per I.S norms with sufficient sanitary arrangements.

ELECTRICITY
- > Adequate electrical points will be provided as per I.S norms with three phase Electric Supply and Concealed Copper Wiring Circuit Breakers

WATER SUPPLY
- > Overhead tank to individual villas arrangements for pumping water to overhead tank
- > Liners run from these tanks to respective villas/flats
