Structure RCC framed
- Super Structure Brick walls in cement mortar 9’ external walls and 4 1/2 ‘internal walls

Plastering
- Plastering with sponge finish in cement mortar for internal and external walls.

Doors&Windows
- Main Doors with teak wood frame and teak wood shutters, with mall amine polish and brass fitting. All internal doors are made of medium teak with flush doors. Window frame and shutters are made of medium teak wood with standard fitting-enamel painting.

Kitchen
- Black granite platform with matching ceramic dadoing up to 2’ height.
- Flooring Marble slab flooring in Hall and marble tiles in other rooms.
- Toilets Glazed ceramic files flooring and dadoing up to door height
- Painting Main hall with luppam finish and internal rooms with OBD and enamel paints for wood work.

Sanitary Fitting
- Western Commode for attached toilet and Indian Commode for common toilets. One Wash Basin for a flat.
- Electrical Standard electrical copper wiring with adequate light points. Power plugs, T.V & Telephone points, A.C. provision in 2 Bed Room.
- Cup Boards Provision will be given for cup boards. One loft will be provided.
