An initiative of Govt. of India, a housing project named "Affordable Housing Scheme - PPP" for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs), lower income group and middle-income group families. Rajasthan Govt. took the 1st step in this initiative under PPP - "Public Private Partnership Project". In the 1st phase in accordance with model II , more than 2.25 lacs flats shall be built all over Rajasthan on affordable cost.. The scheme and the flats available in it are India' most economical flats in history.

Amit Colonizers Ltd. grabbed the opportunity of building 416 flats under this scheme in the nearest prime District of Rajasthan, i.e Dausa. The project is located / situated on the main National Highway i.e Jaipur Dausa, NH-11 a part of Golden Triangle. The total cost of the project is approx. 18 crores. The flats are of three different category i.e EWS, LIG, MIG-A for different sections of society according to their income groups. The project provides its residents all the basic necessities viz: Roads, electricity, Water tanks, sewerage treatment plant, parks, commercial shops etc.
