The success and values that govern AKSHAT can be traced back to the 1960’s thanks to the foresight and vision of Mr. Nand Kishore Jain. His bold determination led him to start and successfully trade in electrical pipes and diesel engines, laying strong building blocks for what was to follow. A favorable purchase in 1993, of a 2000 sq. yds portion of land in Bani Park, Jaipur, was one of his biggest achievements. A portion of land that was too large to build a single home on and at a fairly nascent stage in the apartment building trend, a confident decision made together with his son Mr Sunil Jain had AKSHAT’s first Apartment block ready in February of 1996. Growing from each strength, 2 decades later, AKSHAT is today a trusted brand behind many iconic real estate projects in Jaipur.
