Founded in November 2011, our company is actively involved in the development of real estate projects. Currently, we have ongoing projects and those in the implementation phase. The construction of the Thiruvenkidom Apartment project in Guruvayur is scheduled to commence immediately, following the successful completion of all preliminary work. On the other hand, the Kottapadi Villa project has already been successfully completed. Even prior to the establishment of our company, the Directors possessed extensive expertise and valuable experience in the field of high-quality construction and timely delivery. This expertise has greatly contributed to our company's success. As a commitment to our customers, we maintain stringent quality standards throughout our construction processes. We ensure the use of top-notch materials, fittings, and workmanship while also implementing a rigorous monitoring system. Adhering to predefined schedules and maintaining transparency in all our operations and transactions are fundamental principles for our company. These principles allow us to build trust with our customers and stakeholders. Our Board of Directors consists of three individuals: P.S. Premanandan as the Chairman, and P.S. Prasannakumar and P.S. Prakasan as Directors. Together, they guide our company towards achieving excellence in the real estate industry.
