PRE SALES SUPPORT: Conceiving the product, assisting in tying up with Housing Finance Institutions, Arranging lead generation making proactive sales call and regular follow-ups, Organizing site visits and product demonstrations ,Indulging the investors into the project, maintaining & managing broker networks POST SALES SUPPORT Receipt of booking amount & application form, assisting in Agreement process, .follow-up with the buyer & send reminder for timely collection as per system, ensuring our customer care dept. to give satisfactory responses, ensuring queries / complaints received by customer care dept. is registered and a proper reply, ensuring customers to follow us with updates of your Project through social networking channels.
