BCIL Over the last 10 years, we have built over 800 homes. These homes offer zero grid for water, 100 pc water loop, ZED NeWater that makes black/grey water into potable water that people drink/use as fresh water [the change in consumer behavior of using such treated waters for drinking is a revolution only ZED has accomplished in India so far]; only 30 pc of energy from the grid [which means only 10 per cent of the external grid compared to the regular builder], solar power generation with no additional cost to the project or to the consumer; no water exported, no chemicals for gardens or water treatment or for water proofing; No export of solid waste and scientific landfills for every type of waste; all wet waste turned to compost that will feed Zero Food Miles program with 10 kg per household of rooftop or campus farming made a self-imposed regulation for the ZED campus. ZED Townships and Enclaves are always Platinum rated with building performance parameters way above any norm set by any building guideline authority. BCIL has the distinction of creating the first platinum rated residential building in the world, having the highest rated residential platinum rated projects so far and the highest Svagriha rated township to this date. The Company has won 34 awards so far from ten countries, 3 continents over the last ten years.
