Ashtvinayak Promoters Ltd. was formed in February 2008 with a vision to be known as a preferred company in Real estate industry for the most innovative Investment products & services with the values that includes dedication to the highest quality of Customer Service, providing an environment of professionalism, competence, teamwork, and service excellence, delivering services with a sense of warmth openness, individual pride, and Company Spirit and all committed for the transparency and everlasting integrity. The company has its registered office at J-13/48, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, with head office at Gurgaon, Haryana and regional office at Alibag, Raigad, Maharashtra. Within a short span of time, the company was able to build its reputation in the market with renowned brokers, Investors and well wishers. In-spite of the nature of its business of Real-Estate, which is long term in nature, the first year of operations has resulted in a Top line of 1.09 Crore and Net Profit before Taxes of 3.37 Lacs, as per the audited balance sheet of the company as at 31st March 2009. Also, an amount of Rs. 1.13 Crore which has been received from customers, has not yet been shown as sales, due to the preliminary stage of payment from the customers (Less than 50% of the total amount to be received). As on July 2009, the Company has been able to achieve 25% of Sales of the total Project and has received about 47% of the total sales value from the customers. Possession of individual plots are expected to be handed over to the customers by June 2010 and the company is planning the complete the project by December 2011 including construction of Amenities like Club House, Coffee Shop, Temple, Health Care Centre, Cultural Centre, and Agro-Research Centre etc.
