How many free listings can I post on Realestateindia?

If you are an agent or builder, you can post up to 20 free listings.

Is there any limit on the number of responses on a free listing?

Yes, as a Free Member, you can view only 5 inquiry contact details within 6 months and receive 1 property lead. To access more inquiries and leads, upgrade to a premium plan.

How to post a listing on Realestateindia.com?

First, log in/Sign Up to your account. Then, enter all necessary property details, such as location, carpet area, built-up area, floor details, amenities, and photos. Finally, submit the listing.

When will my listing be visible on the Realestateindia?

Your listing will be visible immediately after submission.

Do I need to register to post a listing?

Yes, registration is required.

Why am I not able to see the contact details of my lead?

Free users can view only 1 lead's contact details. To access more leads, you need to upgrade to a premium plan.

For how long will my property listing be visible on Realestateindia.com?

Your listing will remain active on the website until your property is sold.

How do I deactivate my listing?

Go to Properties > Manage Property, and click the Delete option under the "Action" heading.

How do I reactivate my listing?

There is no direct reactivation option. If you are a paid member, contact your Relationship Manager, whose number is available on your dashboard)

How do I update the price/rent of my listing?

Edit it in Property Features & Price in the dashboard.

How do I update my listing's description?

Update it in Describe Property, Images/Videos in the dashboard.

How do I update my listing's address or location?

Edit it in Property Info & Location within 4 days of listing.

How do I update the amenities in my listing?

Modify them in Property Amenities & Landmark in the dashboard.

How do I update my listing/property images?

Change them in Describe Property, Images/Videos in the dashboard.

How can I edit my listing details?

Log in to your dashboard and update the details.

How can I upload a property video?

You can upload a video in the "Property, Images/Videos" section. There are no restrictions on size or format, but ensure the video is clear and high resolution.

My locality is not in the drop-down, what should I do?

If your locality is missing, you can manually add it to your listing.

How can I view the responses on my property?

You can check responses in the "Enquiry" and "Property Leads" sections of your dashboard.

I am receiving very few/no responses. What should I do?

To increase visibility and get more responses, consider upgrading to a premium plan.

Received a response but the lead said he/she was looking for another property. What should I do now?

Use the Like/Dislike option below each enquiry to share feedback.
